Effective 08/01/25, a $25 cancellation fee will apply to appointments 30 minutes or longer that are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

This policy helps us maintain availability and respect the time of both our providers and other patients who may be waiting for care. We understand that emergencies happen, and we’re always here to work with you when unexpected situations arise.
